Manji is a Senior Behavior Analyst Clinician with BCI. She received her Bachelors in Psychology through the University of Phoenix in 2015. She then completed a dual Master’s program through the University of Utah in Special Education and the Board Certified Behavior Analyst program. Manji has been working in the field of behavior since 2011 with a specific focus in ABA since 2013. She started as a behavior technician in an Autism specific classroom setting working with children ages 10-13. Manji then began working as a Registered Behavior Technician and focused on early intervention for 2 years. She then spent 2 years with children ages 7-16 exhibiting severe and dangerous problem behaviors before becoming a BCBA. Manji is a Safety Care Trainer certified in various levels of Safety Care. Manji now provides telehealth services for BCI including direct client supervision, BT training, and family training.

Manji has spent much of her adult life working to enrich the lives of underserved populations and bring quality care to those in need. BCI’s collaborative and supportive community of professionals working together to provide better well-rounded services for those who have limited access and support allows for a continuation of this work. Manji is honored to contribute knowledge in challenging behaviors, as well as provide excellence in training in a variety of areas.
