Kelly-Weingart

Kelly Weingart has been with Behavior Change Institute for one and a half years. Having a passion for teaching and mentorship, the role that she has filled at BCI has been extraordinarily rewarding as she has continued to work with students to meet both their educational and career goals.

Behavior Change Institute offers a number of internship opportunities for students on an educational track in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Kelly has worked to develop relationships with various institutions of higher education nationwide to recruit and hire top talent. Working with colleges and universities to develop practicum and field experience for their students and recruiting and hiring students for a career in ABA is Kelly’s top priority.

Previous to her work with Behavior Change Institute, Kelly was a college instructor and taught both in the classroom and online at the university and community college level. Kelly currently works alongside Behavior Change Institute’s Training Team to ensure that students are successful in completing the Registered Behavior Technician Internship program and with the Care Coordination team to ensure interns are paired appropriately in the clinical setting. Kelly also recruits and hires for both administrative and clinical positions at Behavior Change Institute and oversees the human resources on-boarding process for all new hires. She works from Behavior Change Institute’s administrative headquarters in Oakland, California.

The BCI Mission and what it means to me

Creating access to quality ABA services for families nationwide in underserved communities also means building a remote job force in these locations. I believe that through our Internships and Training Programs (CEUs), Behavior Change Institute is organically growing a team of Behavior Analysts to address the growing need for ABA services in previously underserved communities while at the same time providing opportunities for professional growth and development. Recruiting and hiring in our Tele-health locations means job creation in communities with limited access to quality career paths. I believe that BCI upholds the highest standards as an employer and our positive company culture shapes lives both personally and professionally. BCI provides a lasting career path for many military spouses, single parents and recent college graduates that are seeking opportunities in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I so am proud to be a part of the contributions that we make to the communities we serve.
