Sara Bollman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began working in the field of mental health in 2004 and has been providing applied behavior analysis services since 2007 in home, school, residential, and clinic-based settings across the country. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and completed her board certification course sequence in Behavior Analysis through the University of Colorado Denver.
Prior to joining BCI, Sara was the Director of an ABA Clinic where she specialized in staff training, care coordination, clinical quality assurance, and building community partnerships. Sara has a wealth of experience providing functional behavior assessments, designing effective treatment programs, and providing competency-based trainings to staff, parents, school teams, and community organizations. As the Director of Training, Sara is committed to using research-based training techniques to enhance employee professional development and ultimately improve the quality of life for the individuals and communities we serve.
