Alyssa is currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician and is responsible for carrying out 1:1 ABA intervention in family homes and community-based settings. She also serves as a BCI Peer Mentor under which she actively mentors new hires and helps with facilitation of ABA Skills Clinics for staff in Southern New Mexico.

The BCI Mission and what it means to me

Alyssa Baker is a BCBA Intern at Behavior Change Institute. She received her B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2010. She is currently working toward a Master’s Degree at Ball State University and is preparing to sit for the BCBA examination. Upon becoming a board certified behavior analyst, Alyssa plans to continue her work in home-based ABA programming in BCI’s rural communities.
