Arlette is a Clinician at Behavior Change Institute. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology at the University of Texas of El Paso in 2011. She began pursuing her associate certification in behavior analysis in 2013 and has been under Dr. Pollard’s mentorship since 2012. Arlette is currently pursuing her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked with children with developmental disabilities for over 9 years. She began her work in the field of Behavior Analysis, as a behavior interventionist with the school districts in the El Paso area through the Texas Behavior Support Initiative for 4 years. She continued her experience in the field as a Behavior Technician providing specialized 1:1 in-home, clinic-based and school-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities 0-18 years old.

As a Clinician with BCI, Arlette conducts the following responsibilities: initial assessments, treatment development and management, supervision of Behavior Technicians, social skills groups coordination and supervision, parent and family training, providing additional and local support to cases in the Texas Area, development of community partnerships with local organizations and connecting families with additional support resources in the area.

Working at Behavior Change Institute is an amazing experience, which offers constant team collaboration for the development of behavior and skills interventions from a multidisciplinary approach in order to provide high quality, effective and evidence-based services for our families. BCI offers a true experience of teamwork in order to provide the best client care.

BCI has offered me to challenge myself in my continuous professional development.
