Kaitlin has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2013. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she participated in volunteer and internship experiences that were focused on serving children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism in structured and natural environment teaching settings. These experiences sparked a desire to become a better advocate and support for the individuals she had the pleasure of working with, and to begin a career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Upon finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2013, Kaitlin enrolled in graduate courses at Ball State University for her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in Autism Studies. During this time, she worked in a clinical setting as an ABA therapist and clinical support staff with individuals ranging from toddlers to adults. Since graduating with her masters in 2014, she has worked with a vast population in regards to age, diagnoses, and environment in both the fields of ABA and general behavior management and consultation. Kaitlin became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2016.

Kaitlin joined BCI in November 2019, and since has been working with clients and their families to provide individual care and support. Her current responsibilities include providing clinical supervision and case-specific training to RBTs, providing ongoing assessments, treatment plan protocol for clients, creating client-specific skills acquisition programming in addition to behavior intervention and treatment plan protocols, and conducting on-going caregiver education and training in regards to ABA.
