KatieLynn Highfill has been serving the Human Resource Department since June of 2022. She completes RBT applicant screening, all aspects of RBT employee onboarding, retention efforts, employee exits, and maintains employee HR files. Previously, KatieLynn served the Recruitment Department since May of 2021. Prior to working with BCI, KatieLynn gained two years of full cycle recruitment and onboarding experience in the health care industry.
She is passionate about mental health and after pursing education in psychology, she became a Behavioral Interventionist providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Coming from an ABA background, KatieLynn is determined to support BCI’s mission and grow a supportive team committed to excellence!
