Leah has been delivering behavior analytic services to both adults and children since 2015, with experience across diverse environments including clinics, social settings, home, classroom, remote, and community contexts. In her current position as a Senior Clinician at BCI, Leah focuses on Parent Collaboration, customizing approaches to meet the specific needs of clients and their families. Previously, she developed and led company-wide initiatives for Parent-led ABA services, where parents deliver direct services under the supervision of a Behavior Consultant and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Leah encourages a collaborative therapeutic relationship, emphasizing that each team member plays a crucial role in the learner’s success.
