Traci began working as a Behavior Technician in 2017. She immediately fell in love with ABA and enrolled in a graduate program a month later. Traci has completed her Master of Science Degree and is currently working on her doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Traci completed her field experience at a clinic for young children with autism. After completing her field experience, Traci broadened her experience working with ABA in home, community, and school settings. Her focus was in rural Arizona for children to adults with a variety of diagnoses. In 2019, Traci began specializing in telehealth delivery of ABA. She had the honor of joining the BCI team in March 2020, and currently has the privilege of creating and overseeing the delivery of treatment for her clients.
