Katie Chirhart, MS, BCBA

Clinical Intake Specialist

Katie has been dedicated to the field of ABA since 2007, bringing over 15 years of experience to her work. She began as an in-home technician, working directly with clients and developing a strong foundation in ABA. She built on her early career by earning her BCaBA certification in 2013. After completing her Master’s in ABA in 2015, Katie became a BCBA later that year and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Oregon in 2016. Katie has since held clinical supervisor roles and most recently served as the Director of Behavioral Services for an ABA consulting business, where she led teams, conducted assessments, and oversaw client services for multiple small-scale ABA clinics. Her experience spans various settings, including home, clinic, school, and community environments. She has worked with clients from toddlers to adults with a range of developmental disabilities. She is skilled in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and designing behavior interventions while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective strategies.

Katie joined the BCI team in August of 2024 as Clinical Intake Specialist, where she uses her expertise to guide clients through the intake process and match them with appropriate services. She is committed to fostering collaboration with families and helping them achieve meaningful progress for their loved ones across all areas of life.
