With 6.5 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, Carrie brings a strong foundation of clinical and administrative expertise to their work. Having spent 6 years with Behavior Change Institute, Carrie has developed a special interest in effective communication and its role in fostering meaningful client and team interactions.

In addition to direct client support, Carrie has taken on key administrative responsibilities, including client intake, schedule management, and providing ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). They are actively involved in facilitating group activities, supporting crisis management efforts, and ensuring the clinic environment remains fun, engaging, and safe for all participants.

Carrie is dedicated to continuous learning and contributing to a collaborative, person-centered approach in behavioral health services.
