Christin Fierro

Senior Clinician

I have worked in ABA since 2016, obtaining certification in 2018 as a BCBA. I received post-certification supervision from Dr. David Richman in the assessment and treatment of self-injurious and aggressive behaviors in 2018-2019. While experienced in early intervention services, the bulk of my experience is with adolescents and adults. I joined BCI in June 2025 as a Sr. Clinician. I work closely with a team of RBTs/BTs, clinical interns, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized treatment packages to help clients reach their goals and increase quality of life.

The BCI Mission and what it means to me

While ABA providers are united in the mission to provide quality ABA, BCI is particularly unique in that we make it a point to seek out and provide services to underserved areas. BCI’s model requires creativity as it aims to reduce or eliminate barriers to access altogether, taking the path less traveled.
I share in the heart of BCI’s mission. Adolescents and adults are too often neglected by our current healthcare system with regard to accessing important behavioral services, ABA being one of these. Individuals with severe behaviors encounter significant barriers to accessing medical services and other treatment modalities, at times being denied altogether. My training and experience with adolescents and adults and with assessing and treating severe challenging behavior position me to be a part of the solution.
