Felicia Janson, MA, BCBA, LBA
Family Experience Specialist
Felicia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including more than four years as a BCBA working with a variety of age ranges. She joined Behavior Change Institute in May 2025, bringing a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, tele-health service delivery, parent coaching, and skills-based interventions. Felicia is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families—meeting each client where they are and focusing on building practical skills that support success in everyday life.
