Kathryn Brickey, RBT II

Clinic Administrator

Kathryn was introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) following a brief period as a one-on-one aide for a student with autism. The district’s behavior specialist recommended she pursue a career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Kathryn found her professional home with Behavior Change Institute five years ago (since March 2020). The organization has supported her growth as an RBT and provided numerous opportunities for professional development. As a Senior RBT, Kathryn’s responsibilities include delivering individualized care to clients and implementing treatment plans through direct one-on-one sessions.

As Clinic Administrator, Kathryn ensures smooth clinic operations through administrative support and provides RBT direct service coverage as needed. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to high-quality patient and family service are essential.

The BCI Mission and what it means to me

BCI’s mission deeply resonates with Kathryn because it highlights a commitment that extends beyond simply providing services. The emphasis on “inspiring hope” underscores the importance of not only addressing challenges but also cultivating a sense of possibility and a brighter future for the individuals and families they serve.
