Michelle Beaulieu, BCBA
Family Experience Specialist
Michelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been with Behavior Change Institute since May, 2025, where she specializes in working with adolescent and adult clients across home, clinic, school, and tele-health settings. Michelle’s responsibilities include developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, providing family and caregiver coaching, and supporting technicians through ongoing training and clinical direction. She is particularly passionate about blending traditional ABA with contextual and relational approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support clients with adaptive living skills, social-emotional learning needs, and executive functioning goals.
