
Michelle Ficcaglia, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Quality Assurance Advisor
Dr. Ficcaglia has been working with children with developmental disabilities and their families for more than 20 years. She specializes in working with children diagnosed with ASD. Dr. Ficcaglia has worked with families and institutions in a variety of capacities including as the founder of a research based parent education nonprofit, consultant specializing in appropriate placement and services in the school district, parent educator, and behavior analyst. She has also managed large cross-disciplinary teams of behavior analysts, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and educators. She has been serving in an advisory capacity to BCI for the last year. Dr. Ficcaglia’s responsibilities at BCI include supervision of client programs, mentorship and training of clinical staff, clinical program development, and quality assurance.
