The BCI Mission and what it means to me
BCI is an astonishingly supportive environment and always strives for the best support possible for all clients. Not only does BCI support all clients and families with integrity, but BCI supports every staff member with the highest degree of integrity. Being part of the training department allows for the contribution to this exceptional environment by assisting and maintaining the execution of training systems’ current infrastructure to support new RBT training quality, efficiency, and retention.
