Candice began working administratively in ABA and behavioral health services in 2015. Since then, Candice has gained extensive experience in administrative and insurance billing, including oversight of insurance operations as the Medical Insurance Manager at an ABA agency in California. Her skills include insurance communications, compliance guidelines, managing authorizations, eligibility verifications, insurance contracting, and working with families to access care through health insurances.

Candice had the honor of joining BCI’s team of professionals in 2021 as Patient Benefits Coordinator, where she facilitates insurance eligibility reviews and authorization management while working with insurance companies to secure quality treatment for BCI’s families.
