Corine has been involved with medical billing for several years. Beginning as a pharmacy technician in 2015, she discovered she had a passion for data entry and solving complex insurance issues. In 2019, Corine began working for a billing company that handled strictly ABA providers and this position fueled an interest in the ABA field. In that position, she worked with several ABA providers across the country, mostly on the East coast, billing claims and ensuring proper payment. In 2021, she was promoted to Senior Accounts Specialist and supervised a small team of billing and accounts representatives who provided billing services for several ABA providers.

Corine joined Behavior Change Institute in November 2021 as a Billing & Collections Specialist. She pulls weekly unconverted appointment reports, billing reports, merges claims in CentralReach, utilizes Office Ally to ensure rejected claims process, and frequently collaborates with other team members.
