Jacquelyn has an extensive background in customer service and administrative industries. She began working in the field of ABA in 2020 in an administrative role. It was there that she found her love for the world of ABA and became a Strategic Planning Coordinator. While in this position, she created cohesive ABA schedules for both families and RBTs working with other departments to ensure that families would continue to receive care.

Upon becoming a part of the BCI team in 2021, she stepped into her role as the Patient Records Coordinator where helps to guide new patient enrollment and onboarding, maintaining electronic patient records, and coordinating the exchange of essential records with authorized representatives.

Jacquelyn feels extremely grateful to work for a company that not only strives to provide the utmost care to the families they care for, but also to its team of compassionate individuals that work for them. BCI is passionate about outreaching to families in rural areas who do not have access to care as well as growing its team, so they can continue to support their families. This speaks to Jacquelyn, as she herself strives to be compassionate for others, and offer support in her community.
