Prior to joining Behavior Change Institute in September 2015, Devan worked with similar companies in the ABA therapy industry, hospital claims resolution, and the durable medical equipment field, focused primarily on accounts receivable, medical billing, and insurance claims resolution. At Behavior Change Institute, Devan manages insurance claims processing, collections, and resolution of insurance denials.

The BCI Mission and what it means to me
Behavior Change Institute is committed to serving families affected by autism and providing them with exceptional services and solutions to receive the proper care that each individual child needs. BCI strives to help improve the quality of life and well-being of the families and children we work with.
Devan’s contribution within BCI is to ensure that the insurance portion of care is effectively utilized and claims are properly processed. It is her goal to ensure one less stress for the families receiving services and that the insurance companies are taking the proper measures to cover services for our clients.
