The BCI Mission and what it means to me

Creating access to quality ABA services for families nationwide in underserved communities also means building a remote job force in these locations. I believe that through our Internships and Training Programs (CEUs), Behavior Change Institute is organically growing a team of Behavior Analysts to address the growing need for ABA services in previously underserved communities while at the same time providing opportunities for professional growth and development. Recruiting and hiring in our Tele-health locations means job creation in communities with limited access to quality career paths. I believe that BCI upholds the highest standards as an employer and our positive company culture shapes lives both personally and professionally. BCI provides a lasting career path for many military spouses, single parents and recent college graduates that are seeking opportunities in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I so am proud to be a part of the contributions that we make to the communities we serve.
