Megan has obtained her associate degree in social and behavioral sciences, which led to her passion for serving individuals with Autism. She has been working in the field of ABA therapy since 2018. Megan began her career as a Behavior Technician and Lead Behavior Technician, which led her to be a valued member of the Recruitment Department. One of her favorite things about being a part of BCI’s Recruitment team is assisting others in discovering their passion for ABA therapy, just as she did.
