The BCI Mission and what it means to me

It is exciting to be working with a company that focuses on companionate and high-quality care while serving underserved rural communities. I find great value in being able to help kids by giving them the skills they need to win at life especially in communities that are typically overlooked or underrepresented. I pride myself on high quality work and outcomes for my kids by individualizing care and programming and by leading my team towards growth within the field of ABA.
